Our return policy.

A. EXCHANGE/RETURN UNUSED PRODUCT

If you’re dissatisfied with your UnHide product for any reason and it has not been used/is not damaged, initiate a return within 30 days by emailing us at help@unhide.us. We’ll provide you with a pre-paid return label and you can send your product back to us. If you could email us the tracking link/number of the return, that would be great. When we receive the product, we will promptly issue a refund. If you want to exchange the product for something different, you can go ahead and place a new order after you received your refund.

 

B. COVERED DEFECTS

If you think your UnHide product has damage or a defect that was not the result of improper use, please email us at help@unhide with photos of your product. We’ll be sure to assist you!

 

C. WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Problems and issues that result from normal wear and tear or improper use/wash are not covered. This includes but is not limited to:
1. Normal wear and tear.
2. Any improper use of the product
3. Minor imperfections such as slight flaws.
4. Stains, tears, burns, and discoloration that occur over time and/or are caused by the user.
5. Any product purchased from a different company (including FabFitFun).
6. Allergies or sensitivities to fabrics or materials.
7. Damage caused by animals, rodents or children.
8. Naturally occurring aromas from polyester or other materials.
