Many frequently asked questions are answered below. If you have any other questions, need a little guidance, or just want to say hi, we're here for you.

  • How should I wash my blanket?

    We recommend machine washing your blanket cold and hang drying or dry cleaning. Please avoid high heats!

  • What should I do if my blanket is different after I washed it?

     It's really unlikely that the blankets are getting ruined as they did pass in house and third party testing for "tumble dry low" instructions (they were tested through production as well so all lots passed). Shedding is possible or even likely, but the blanket is just 100% polyester so it shouldn't be getting ruined in the wash. If the blanket is dry cleaned or washed gently and tumble dry no-low heat, then the quality should be roughly the same. As with all synthetic fiber goods, some degradation does occur with general wear and tear.
  • What are the dimensions of the blanket?

    All of our blankets are L: 50" x W: 60".
  • What is the difference between the Lil' Marsh and the Marshmallow?

    The Lil’ Marsh and The Marshmallow do have the same dimensions (L: 50" x W: 60"), however, they differ in thickness. The Marshmallow is about 2x the size of the Lil’ Marsh and we recommend the Marshmallow more for bed/sofa throws. The Lil’ Marsh is a great office, travel, and guest blanket. The Lil Marsh is 480 GSM, The Marshmallow is 1,300 GSM. The Art Marsh is 1,000 GSM.
  • When will products that are sold out now come back in stock?

    We will be receiving more of the Lil' Marsh blanket in May. If you have purchased from us before or if you have entered your email address onto our website, you will receive an email when the item comes back in stock. If you have not purchased from us before or entered your email, please email us at help@unhide.us so we can ensure you are on our mailing list.
  • Do you wholesale to other retailers?

    Currently, we do not generally wholesale to other retailers. If you are interested in wholesale, please email us at help@unhide.us and we will reach out to you if anything changes.
  • What materials are used for the blankets?

    Our blankets are made of 100% Faux Chinchilla Polyester.
  • What colors and sizes are available?

    The Lil’ Marsh comes in the Beige Bear color, while the Marshmallow color comes in Snow White, Silver Fox, Charcoal Charlie, Night Owl, and Mocha Shar Pei. The Art Marsh comes in a rainbow color. All of our blankets are the same dimensions (L:50” x W:60”).
  • Do you plan on offering new sizes, colors, or products in the future?

    We will be receiving more of the Lil’ Marsh blankets in stock around May. You will receive an email when we receive more blankets. We are working on creating new sizes, colors and products in the future. We will be receiving new colors of the Marshmallow in May and June! Also, in April we will be getting a small, medium and large Marshmallow blanket in Beige.
  • How can I apply a coupon code to my order?

    Once you add your email to the pop-up that you see on your screen when you go onto our website, you will receive a welcome email with a 15% off discount code. If your promo code won’t apply or you get an error message, check whether the following applies to you: • You’ve already used the code. Our promo codes can only be used once, so if you’ve ever used the code in the past then it won’t work again. • The items aren’t eligible. Check the terms and conditions of the code, and make sure the items in your bag aren’t excluded items.  • The code has been entered incorrectly. Whoops! The codes are case sensitive so enter it exactly as it is written and try again. • The code has expired. Check the expiry date of the code, as some of them run for a limited time or expire after a set period. If all the above do not help, our UnHide team would be happy to help you! Feel free to reach out to us by emailing help@unhide.us.
  • What should I do if my blanket arrives damaged?

    We apologize that your blanket is damaged upon arrival! If you received your blanket damaged, please send us photos to unhide@help.us. If the issue cannot be fixed and the blanket cannot be repaired, we can provide you with a new blanket at no cost to you. If we can repair the product, we will provide you with a return label and will send you a new blanket once we receive your return.
  • What should I do if I need to cancel or change my order?

    We're really quick at packing your order which means once your order leaves our warehouse, we can't make any changes to the order. This includes changing the shipping option, shipping address, or item. If your order has not yet shipped out, we can cancel your order and reprocess it with the correct information. However, if your order has shipped out and you realized that the address is wrong, we recommend contacting the postal carrier to try to have the address changed or set up mail forwarding. Otherwise, the order will likely be returned to us. If the order is returned to us, we will issue a full refund. In the meantime, we recommend placing a new order while waiting on an order to be returned to sender in case stock is low since we may not be able to immediately re-send an order back out.
  • How can I contact customer support?

  • What is my order status?

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package from our warehouse directly to your door.
  • Can I place a gift order?

    Yes! We do not include a price inside of our packages. If you want the person to be able to exchange the blanket if need be, please provide the person with your order number.
  • Can I order a gift card?

    Unfortunately, we currently do not have a system in place for gift cards. We are working on this for the future!
  • What is your return/exchange policy?

    We currently do not offer exchanges, however, if the blankets haven’t been used or are not damaged, we are happy to send you a free return label. As soon as we receive the package, we will process a refund for you. Please email your order number to help@unhide.us and please feel free to place a new order after you have received your refund.
  • Do you ship internationally or to PO boxes?

    We currently ship domestically and internationally. We do recommend shipping to PO Boxes. Our main carriers are UPS and Fedex, however, orders going to PO boxes must go through USPS. For this reason, you will receive your order later if it is going to a PO box.
  • How long should my order take to arrive?

    We offer complimentary free ground shipping in the United States. You will receive your order 5-7 days after the purchase is made.
  • My tracking links shows as delivered but I never received my package. What should I do?

    Please contact your local carrier to see if a parcel has been left for you. In certain cases, a parcel will be left with a local carrier's office if the recipient is not available for delivery. In most cases, however, the parcel may be accidentally delivered to a neighbor or nearby address and just needs a little extra time to find its way into the right hands. If you have not been able to locate the parcel, please contact help@unhide.us so we can investigate further.
  • How can I exchange a gift I received from someone?

    The best way to go about this is to ask the person who gifted you the blanket for the order number. That way, we can issue you a return label and and this will be emailed to your email address. Once we receive the package, we can refund the buyer and he/she can re-purchase what you wanted. If you do not want to do that, we can also not refund the buyer. I can provide you with a promo code to receive 100% off your order so that you can purchase the blanket in the color you want.
