The bed was super soft and was packaged perfectly. I have a 35lb Boston terrier mix and was struggling fitting into the medium sized bed, supposedly for dogs up to 50 lbs. The quality was great so I’ll be reordering a size large but don’t expect your bigger dogs to fit.
My dogs and cats all love these beds. I have about 10 of them spread around the house. For some reason my biggest dog loves the smallest bed... lol

I bought a size M bed for my 29lb. mix pup and he fits comfortably.
The bed cover, of course, is a dream and I love that I can unzip it and wash it easily.
The bolster cushion around the sides is super supportive and firm, I just wish the bed cushion was as supportive or more since it is described as an "orthopedic" bed.
There's just not enough of the filling in the bed cushion that makes me believe it's "orthopedic".
I can feel the hardness of the floor through it and for a senior dog, that's what I was trying to avoid.
I would love to put a second bed cushion in to add more support, if possible.

I bought a small bed for our 15 year old Jack Russell, I can't get our border collie (40lbs) or our cattle dog (50lbs) out of it. I'm doing this review to get a discount for the two beds I am forced to order so that the old girl can rest in peace.

Got the size large for my 50 pound dog and it’s a perfect size. Enough room to spread out but not too big. Love how soft it is and how high and sturdy the sides are. My only complaint is that the bottom of the bed is quite thin. I don’t find it has much padding and often lay a folded up blanket in the middle for added cushion. Love it but for the price would have liked more fill in the base.
